Our Managing Director

Rajesh Nair, MD

SearchWorks was set up in 2002 by our Founder & CEO, Rajesh Nair.

Prior to this, Rajesh was the youngest partner worldwide with a UK based headhunting firm. It was his desire to provide a specialised class of executive search services with a strong focus on client needs that spurred him into this venture.

Rajesh set up SearchWorks in Singapore in early 2002 and then grew the company across Hong Kong, India and China, alongside other brands under the WorksAlliance group. With a unique focus on quality, results, customer satisfaction and constant innovation, SearchWorks and the WorksAlliance group had by 2007, become one of the leading players in the HR industry across the region.

Post GFC, Rajesh re-aligned the company to be a more nimble executive search firm with a firm focus on only the Legal, Private Banking and Technology sectors. Our present success story over the past few years includes leading Private Bankers and a significant number of Partner and team placements across International Law firms, through the region.
