Founder & Managing Director
Rajesh founded SearchWorks in 2002 after a career with a UK-based executive search firm. His aim was to build a specialist search business with client needs at its centre.
He developed the business across Singapore, Hong Kong, India and China, before refining its focus to Legal, Private Banking and Technology.
